St. Mary's and Ramster Hall Chiddingfold wedding
Now that Christmas is past and we are in the cold and sometimes gloomy month of January what better time to take a look at some of last year's weddings and so to warm us up in an instant we are going back to the lovely summer month of August and to the wedding of Matt and Georgie.
We last saw Matt and Georgie for their pre wed photo shoot back in March when we took them for a romantic stroll amongst the daffodils in Richmond Park.
Now the Big Day had arrived and what a glorious day, bright, warm and sunny....we found Matt sitting outside The Crown Inn, a popular local in the village of Chiddingfold, with a pint whilst the lovely Georgie was getting ready a few minutes walk down Petworth Road at The Swan Inn.
The intimate marriage service took place at St. Mary's Church, conveniently situated between both pubs again on the Petworth Road...and after leaving as husband and wife the celebrations began in the church grounds with a spectacularly long line of confetti throwing from on high.
Then onwards for a short trip to the charmingly rustic Ramster Hall, a delightful Surrey wedding venue we have had the pleasure of working at on a number of occasions over the years.
With all the guests enjoying the fine weather out in the pretty Courtyard Garden one couldn't have asked for better conditions.
After completing the group wedding photographs we whisked Matt and Georgie off for a lovely romantic walk in the countryside that surrounds Ramster.
The rest of the afternoon and night time celebrations took place in the atmospheric Long Hall and Great Drawing Room and we left as the band was whipping everyone into a joyful frenzy on the packed dance floor.
It was a pleasure working with Matt and Georgie, a lovely happy and relaxed couple who we wish all the happiness for the future.
